Delivery Options Overview
White Rose Global UK offers flexible and reliable delivery options across the United Kingdom. Orders are shipped via trusted couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days, while express delivery is available for faster service. Customers may also choose to collect their orders directly from our warehouse by prior arrangement.

Exchange or Return of Goods
At White Rose Global UK, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return items within 30 calendar days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days once we have inspected the returned goods. Please note that certain health and personal care products cannot be returned once opened, due to hygiene and safety regulations.
A return cannot be accepted if any of the following are missing:
Original, unopened packaging in good condition
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Warranty card (if applicable)
Product accessories or any items originally included with the product

No, we do not deliver on public holidays. Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Yes, we deliver across the United Kingdom. Some remote areas (e.g. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland) may take an extra day or two.
Currently, we offer standard delivery (2–4 working days). Next-day delivery will be introduced soon.
We recommend someone is available to sign for the package. If not, the courier will leave instructions for re-delivery or collection.
