Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
2. Non-returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Certain health and personal care items.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
